Stateless

An engaging & interesting novel that follows a young female pilot through a continental air race as Europe struggles on the brink of WW2.

To look out for:

Romance: two characters become affectionate for each other, eventually kiss

Profanity: mild swearing; instances of “d-mn” and similar words

Violence: The novel centers around a sabotage plot, which includes the unintentional murder of a race contestant. A central character is hunted throughout the book by another character, who wishes to kill the former  The sabotage involves several attempts at murder, including air fights and shootings.
