To look out for

  • Violence: execute the visitors’ deaths, one by one, in various ways, including by shooting, drowning, bludgeoning, poisoning, and hanging and dropping a heavy object on a man’s head from a second-story window.
  • Language: The original title of the book contained the N-word as did the rhyme that is mentioned throughout the book
  • Romance: One character remembers an affair from the past – no graphic details are mentioned
