A cute, if cliche, story about twin brothers who accidentally meet for the first time and decide to trade places in order to meet their missing parent. Muslim kids will enjoy the Islamic references to salah, the masjid, and halal food.
To look out for
- Islamic Values: The premise is somewhat problematic – a couple has twins, gets divorced, splits the kids and hides the truth. One family is not very religious and the father doesn’t always pray. In switching places the boys must lie and deceive those around them. When the parents eventually learn the truth they resort to their old ways insulting and hurting each other emotionally. The twins regularly hang out in a friends’ circle that includes girls. Their cousin Zoya is part of the band.
