Reader’s Review
A moving and raw narrative of the struggles of a young man as he deals with the consequences of stealing money to support his family. Along the way he struggles to deal with his strong emotions, the loss of his father and his love for special needs baby brother. Lots of great themes to discuss, but some romance and questionable decisions may make this a better choice for older children.
